Responsibilities: Oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization. Client intake presentations, assessments, reassessments, billing, collections, and hearings/rehearings are coordinated and/or overseen directly by Mr. Wolff. Additionally, Mr. Wolff creates the client contracts, as well as the various policies, procedures and forms the company uses on a daily basis.
Background: Mr. Wolff’s background consisted of managed care contracting, provider services and completion and submission of Knox-Keene (HMO) license applications. As such, Mr. Wolff possesses significant start-up experience within the health care arena. As the Contracts Director for Tower Health HMO from 1993 to 2001, he developed and maintained Tower Health’s provider network and played a key role in applying for and obtaining Tower Health’s HMO license. As the Contracts Director for Central Health Plan HMO from 2002 to 2006, he developed this group’s provider network and oversaw Central Health’s Knox-Keene efforts, as well. From 2006 through 2007, he developed and maintained Florida-based Medical Development International’s (“MDI”) physician network covering California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona and Idaho.
